Three generations
- 1962
The opening
Nino opens « Le Nino Restaurant » on the harbour. Simple cooking, the sea on every plate.
- 1990
The handover
His son takes over. The spirit lives on — Le Nino Restaurant becomes a local institution.
- 2021
A new chapter
Marine takes over Le Nino Restaurant and renames it «Le Bistrot de Nino» — a tribute to the one who started it all.

Whole fish,at your table.
We choose together. You see the whole fish first — often a sea bass, a sea bream, a John Dory, depending on the catch. It is cooked à la minute, then filleted in front of you. Not in the kitchen. At the table, freshly served.
